Штатные жиклеры (форсунки) омывателя ветрового стекла моделей Лада струйные. Если эффективность их работы не устраивает, предлагаем заменить их на веерные. Разновидностей таких жиклеров большое множество, но какие лучше выбрать? Разбираемся в одной из самых простых доработок омывателя.
Замена форсунок омывателя
Процесс замены жиклеров не сложный и аналогичен на всех моделей Лада (Приора, Гранта, Калина, Ларгус, Нива 4х4, Веста или XRAY):
- Открываем капот;
- Снимаем с жиклера трубку;
- Откручиваем гайку ключом «на 12»;
- Снимаем жиклер;
- Устанавливаем новый жиклер (резиновую прокладку можно взять от штатной) в обратном порядке.
Какие форсунки омывателя лучше выбрать
Вместо штатных жиклеров на автомобили Лада можно установить большое количество веерных форсунок, вот некоторые из них (таблица в процессе заполнения, оставляйте отзывы в комментариях):

В дополнении к новым форсункам рекомендуется выполнить еще одну доработку — установить обратный клапан.
Стоит отметить, что от вида жиклеров зависит не только качество омывания лобового стекла, но и расход жидкости. Слишком сильное распыление не позволит обрызгивать всю площадь стекла на большой скорости (мелкие брызги из-за ветра будут попадать только на нижнюю часть лобового стекла), а слишком большая струя быстро опустошит бачок омывателя. For this purpose, a hose from Chevrolet Lanos was picked up and bought.
Also clips that will hold the hose without any clamps.
Instead of a connector, a non-return valve was installed.
The procedure is as follows:
-Remove the bottom 3 clips on the upholstery of the hood
-show the old transparent "Zhiguli" hose
-remove the nozzles old
-We put the new injectors, I did not cut anything and did not file, holding the metal of the hood from the inside, so as not to bend, snapping in the new jets.
-New hose, removing the clips from it beforehand
-Sat the hose and dress the clips
— Remove the connector from the dan-hose and replace it with a Toyota return valve and hide under the frame
-clamp the clips and attach the hose as needed, I shifted the hose
What we have?
-Now the real fan omyvayki!
-Now the hose is in its place and does not hang like an extra piece
-Now, as soon as the omyvayka is served, the wipers just start moving, and the omyvayka is already on the glass, evenly distributed
-Now everything looks finished and is staffed, my perfectionism is temporarily uzbagoen)))

Yes, the clamps for fixing the nozzles did not, everything stood up clearly, without podpilov !
Installed the same nozzles fan on another SX4, everything snaps into place and works.
The only thing is, the nozzles need to be turned slightly to each other, so that the extra vial does not fly to the side)
